Carl Barat stars in short film with Har Mar Superstar - video

Watch 'Two British Dudes' on NME.COM now

A short film starring Carl Barat has surfaced online.

Called 'Two British Dudes', the film features Barat playing two roles simultaneously (see picture), having a conversation with himself outside a toilet.

Har Mar Superstar also makes a cameo towards the end of the film, coming out of the toilet and walking away from the camera hand-in-hand with Barat.

Since splitting Dirty Pretty Things in October 2008, Barat has appeared as Gene Vincent in 'Telstar' – the Nick Moran-directed biopic of Joe Meek.

'Two British Dudes' was directed by Ryan Rickett, who has also worked on videos for The Pigeon Detectives and IMA Robot.

In other Libertines news, Pete Doherty last night (August 25) reunited with the band's former drummer Paul 'Mr Razzcocks' Dufour in London, playing a raft of rare and unreleased songs from their early days.
