Cat Power has confirmed several North American shows which will follow her European tour, kicking off later this month.
Launching the stretch with a performance opening for Built To Spill at McCarren Pool in Brookyln, NY, the singer will take in seven cities. The seventh date, a Canadian show, has yet to be announced.
The singer will wrap up the short jaunt with a performance at the Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago’s Union Park.
The dates are:
Brooklyn, NY - McCarren Pool (July 7)
Boston, MA - Avalon Ballroom (8)
Northampton, MA - Pearl Street (9)
Toronto, Ontario – Phoenix (10)
Detroit, MI - Majestic Theatre (13)
Chicago, IL - Union Park (14)
