Cat Power to perform at charity benefit

Cat Power has announced she will play a show for charity this coming Monday (December 17).

The singer whose real name is Chan Marshall will perform at the Charity Water Benefit Gala at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York City.

The event, which is hosted by Entourage’s Adrian Grenier and model Jessica Stam will raise money to build water wells in impoverished countries.

Tickets for the event start at $200.
