Cee Lo Green has confirmed he has recorded a duet with Christina Aguilera.
Green, speaking on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, confirmed that the two singers, who are judges on the US talent show The Voice, recorded a track for Aguilera’s film Burlesque.
He said: "Christina’s just like the best to me. We did a song together, a few years ago. It actually was supposed to make the Burlesque soundtrack, but it didn’t make it. I’ve been seeing people tweeting about it lately, so I guess they’re going to release it."
Aguilera has previously expressed a desire to work with Green, saying they have "been trying to work together for a really long time."
The two have performed a version of the Gnarls Barkley hit 'Crazy' on The Voice with the other judges of the show; Maroon 5’s Adam Levine and country musician Blake Shelton.
Green recently re-recorded 'Forget You' in honour of the National Volunteer Fire Council as 'Thank You'.
