Chance The Rapper has unveiled a new track to mark the first anniversary of his breakout 'Acid Rap' mixtape – listen to it below.

Titled, 'I Am Very Very Lonely', he raps about feeding some fish, repairing his dishwasher and eating pizza.

Chance The Rapper recently announced that he will return to the stage a "new man" after having to cancel his shows last month due to sickness. He will play JMBLYA in Dallas, Texas, on May 2.

The rapper was forced to pull his appearance at the second weekend of Coachella after being admitted to hospital.

A letter from Chance's manager, posted by the hip-hop artist online, revealed further details about his health including the fact that he had a 104 degree (40 degree Celsius) fever; that he was unable to speak and that he may require surgery in order to recover. See the full letter below.
