Chapel Club are set to perform two shows a night during their forthcoming October UK tour.

The band will play one set featuring tracks from their recent debut 'Palace' plus an earlier show each evening previewing songs from their forthcoming second album.

"We all have a lot of love for the songs [on 'Palace'] and we love that so many people have taken them to their hearts," explains frontman Lewis Bowman. But when we wrote them we were still learning how to write songs together.

"Now we have a bit more experience, we're better able to explore the possibilities. Everything feels free, fresher, more relaxed and more exciting; hopefully the new songs reflect that."

Chapel Club will kick off the tour at Manchester's Sound Control on October 10 and finish up at London's O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire on October 18. The London date will be the band's largest headline show so far.

They will play:

Manchester Sound Control (October 10)
Edinburgh Cabaret Voltaire (11)
Sunderland Independent (12)
York Duchess(13)
Portsmouth Wedgewood Rooms (15)
Brighton Komedia (16)
Oxford O2 Academy (17)
London O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire (18)
