Former Busted man and Fightstar singer Charlie Simpson has announced a UK tour for May.

Simpson, who releases his debut solo album 'Young Pilgrim' this summer, will play six UK dates in June and July.

The trek begins at Glasgow King Tuts Wah Wah Hut on June 29 and finishes up at O2 Academy Bristol 2 on July 5.

Simpson previews 'Young Pilgrim' at an intimate London show at the Powis Square Tabernacle tomorrow night (May 10).
