Charlotte Gainsbourg 'no longer in danger'
Charlotte Gainsbourg is out of danger after brain surgery.

As previously reported the daughter of Serge Gainsbourg was involved in a minor water skiing accident in the US a few months ago, and was hospitalised earlier this week after complaining of headaches.

In a statement the singer was said to be "out of danger" after emergency brain surgery and in "excellent" condition. She is said to be leaving intensive care "in the coming days".

On Thursday (September 6) Gainsbourg's agent Dominique Segall said the star had been through "a minor operation to remove a small haematoma" - a mass of clotted blood on the brain.
