Cheeky Girl to marry MP Lembit Opik – Tabloid Hell
Gabriela Irimia will wed the Liberal Democrat
Gabriela Irimia, one half of twin pop duo The Cheeky Girls, is set to marry Liberal Democrat MP Lembit Opik.
Accoding to Hello! Magazine the politician proposed to Irimia recently in Rome, and she accepted.
The couple, who met in 2006, are yet to set a date for the wedding.
Opik said: "We were euphoric afterwards, walking around the city and then sipping champagne and chatting away in our hotel suite until the early hours. I couldn't ask for things to go better than they did."
Irimia became famous in 2002 after she appeared in the reality TV show 'Popstars'.
