Cheryl Cole hits out at criticism over new rose tattoo
Former 'X Factor' judge confirms it's her bum in Nikko Hurtado's instagram post
Yesterday (August 24), tattoo artist Nikko Hurtado posted an image on his instagram of someone's bottom completely covered in ink. Cole later confirmed on Twitter that the bum belonged to her, and defended her decision to get the tattoo done.
In a series of tweets, she wrote:
@SkyCC_GA I've had it for maybe 7-8 months, it was a long process but only just detailed it. And thank you :)— Cheryl Cole (@CherylCole) August 24, 2013
@LoveMeLoveGA the guy is a genius, a true artist and he helped me to cope a lot because I felt like I was in very safe hands :)— Cheryl Cole (@CherylCole) August 24, 2013
@adamtweedyGA awww! People are entitled to their own opinion. Personally I've never really concerned myself with other people's body parts!— Cheryl Cole (@CherylCole) August 24, 2013
The former Girls Aloud singer also revealed that the tattoo took approximately 9-10 hours to complete and that she has been hiding it from the public for the past eight months while it was being detailed. Below is the image posted on Nikko Hurtado's instagram.
