Chris Brown advertising deals crumbling

Brands suspending his endorsement after arrest

Chris Brown will no longer feature in at least two ad campaigns he was involved with, after his arrest for alleged criminal threat over the weekend.

The teenage singer will no longer appear in the ‘Got Milk’ ad campaigns, while Wrigley gum has also suspended their ads featuring Brown.

"The Milk Mustache campaign is taking the allegations against Chris Brown very seriously," a company rep told usmagazine.com . "We are very proud and protective of the image of the Milk Mustache campaign and the responsible message it sends to teens. Mr. Brown's ad was launched last fall and is scheduled to end this week."

Brown turned himself over to police in Los Angeles on Sunday after being investigated for the alleged 'domestic violence felony' involving his girlfriend Rihanna. He was taken into custody and was booked for alleged criminal threat.

Brown left Los Angeles on a private jet, and is due to return to face the charges in court on March 5.

Rihanna cancelled a show in Malaysia as a result of the altercation, while Brown pulled out of the NBA All-Star Weekend taking place this Saturday (February 14). Both previously cancelled their Grammy appearances.

Good. The sooner companies stop giving pointless twats like this huge sums of cash for gurning into a camera, the better off the world will be.

There are certain things you should make sure you understand and people should bring their kids up to understand: 1: never cross a picket line 2: Always buy your round in a pub 3: Never hit a woman. I hope Rihanna is okay, and if Chris Brown is guilty, that he gets his comeuppance.
