Chris Brown expected in LA court tomorrow (March 5)
But charges have not yet been filed against R&B star
Chris Brown is expected to appear in a Los Angeles court tomorrow (March 5), despite the fact that prosecutors have not yet formally filed charges against him.
The 19-year-old singer, who was arrested on suspicion of attacking a woman believed to be his girlfriend, Rihanna, on February 8, is required to appear based on a date scheduled after the arrest, reports the Associated Press.
Police presented a case against him weeks ago, but were asked to provide more thorough information. Brown remains free on $50,000 bail, and Rihanna is allegedly refusing to press charges against him, as previously reported.
