Floria Sigismondi has also directed videos for Interpol, 's 'Obstacle #1'.
Sigismondi will work on the video for Aguilera's next single 'Fighter', the third to be taken from her 'Stripped' LP.
Aguilera will meet with Sigismondi early next week to discuss proposals for the video.
The singer, currently at Number One in the UK singles chart with 'Beautiful', caused controversy with the raunchy video for 'Dirrty', also a UK Number One, when it hit screens last year.
'Fighter' will be released in April.
