Proceeds go to charity

Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, Wolfmother, Rilo Kiley and Devendra Banhart are among the artists who have designed T-shirts to benefit their favourite charities.

The Yellow Bird Project pooled the artistic talents of these and other musicians, asking them to create unique T-shirt drawings.

The artists' diverse designs range from musical instruments to nature scenes.

Yellow Bird will donate 100 per-cent of the proceeds from the sales of the T-shirts to charities chosen by the musicians. These charities include Art for Change, Teenage Cancer Trust, and the Elliott Smith Memorial Fund, which raises funds for Free Arts for Abused Children.

Joseph Arthur, Stars, Hayden, King Creole and My Brightest Diamond have also designed T-shirts for the project.

To view the T-shirts or for more information, visit Yellowbirdproject.com.
