Hotly-tipped new female duo CLIENT are to play a LONDON show this week.

The girls, who are expected to hit the UK Top 40 next week (June 20) with debut single 'In It For The Money', play the Metro club on Thursday (June 17).

Client are Sarah Blackwood, former singer with Dubstar, and Kate Holmes, one-time member of both The Frazier Chorus and Technique.

As previously revealed on NME.COM,Libertines' Pete Doherty makes a guest appearance on the B-side of the group's debut single, adding vocals on 'Down To The Underground'.

With Doherty currently in Thailand, his bandmate Carl Barat joined the group onstage at a gig on London on Monday (June 14).

Client performed at Barat's club Dirty Pretty Things at Infinity in Mayfair.

The girls also played a storming set at last weekend's Sonar Dance Festival in Barcelona.
