COCTEAU TWINS PULL COACHELLA COMEBACK

The COCTEAU TWINS have pulled out of their headlining performance at CALIFORNIA’s COACHELLA festival.
The Scottish outfit were due to reunite for the event’s opening day (April 30), but a statement was released by festival bosses last night saying that the reunion will now not take place as member Elizabeth Fraser has pulled out.
The statement reads: "It is with regret that Cocteau Twins announce they will not be performing at the Coachella Valley Music Festival on April 30 as had been planned. Due to personal reasons, member Elizabeth Fraser has decided that she is unable to participate in the reunion, and apologies for any inconvenience that this has caused."
The group were expected to announce other festival appearances in the coming weeks.
Coldplay, a reunited Bauhaus, Nine Inch Nails, New Order, Bright Eyes, are among the acts that will play the festival.
