Cold War Kids bassist Matt Maust is set to display his artwork in galleries in New York, London and Los Angeles.
The exhibition, entitled ‘I’m Celebrating My Love For You With A Pint Of Beer And A New Tattoo’, is a collection of collages created by Maust, including the artwork used on the cover of Cold War Kids' forthcoming album ‘Robbers And Cowards’, as well as collages created for the band’s EP covers.
Filter reports the exhibition will be launched on December 2 at the Orphanage Art Gallery in Los Angeles, with dates and locations for New York and London to be confirmed.
Cold War Kids are expected to perform a short set at the launch.
The band are also planning a January residency of clubs in New York and Los Angeles. Each Wednesday they'll play a set at a different club in New York and then head back to L.A. for a set on Friday.
