Coldplay confirmed for 2005 MTV Video Music Awards Coldplay Tickets
The band will play live at the event alongside 50 Cent…

COLDPLAY and Ludacris have been confirmed to appear at the 2005 MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS.
They will join the list of previously announced performers including Shakira, The Killers, Mariah Carey, [/a], Kanye West, Kelly Clarkson, and Green Day.
The glitzy bash, hosted by [a], is to be held in Miami on August 29.
The awards ceremony, in which Green Day, U2 and Coldplay lead the nominations, will be broadcast on MTV UK on that same Bank Holiday Monday at 9pm.
