Coldplay announce 'biggest ever' tour dates
The Australian shows aren't until 2006
Coldplay have announced plans for an Australian tour in June 2006, playing their biggest ever shows in the country.
Tickets for the June dates are due to go onsale October 10. However, fans who pre-register at the band's official website (www.coldplay.com) will be able to purchase tickets on Thursday, October 6.
Dates for the shows are as follows:
Brisbane Entertainment Centre (June 23)
Sydney Entertainment Centre (26)
Melbourne Rod Laver Arena (July 1)
The band are currently on a tour of North America, and return to Europe later in the year for more shows. A UK tour, sold out, is set for December.
