Coldplay and White Stripes go acoustic
The bands share a bill
Coldplay are set to return to Los Angeles, the place they started their 'Twisted Logic' tour, when they headline KROQ radio’s Almost Acoustic Christmas next month.
Their appearance on December 11 at the Gibson Amphitheater, formerly the Universal Amphitheater, will be the band’s third trip to the city this year.
Headlining alongside Coldplay will be Depeche Mode, , The Bravery, Hot Hot Heat, Death Cab For Cutie, Nada Surf and Jack Johnson.
The day before (December 10), KROQ will play host to harder acts including Nine Inch Nails, Korn, Fall Out Boy, System Of A Down and Thrice.
Tickets go on sale Friday at 6pm.
