Coldplay plan live DVD
They'll be filming gigs coming up
Coldplay will be filming their two Toronto shows later this month for a DVD.
The gigs in question are on 22 and 23 March at the Air Canada Center.
The results will be the band’s first DVD since Coldplay released their ‘Live 2003’, which was filmed in Sydney on their previous world tour.
Singer Chris Martin said of the plan: “Several of our all-time favourite gigs happened to us in Canada so what a better place to film our shows?”
The band has also announced a contest for five fans to film the show as well.
The news comes as the ‘Twisted Logic’ tour continues around the world. The 16-month tour to promote the band’s third album ‘X&Y’ will end in Adelaide on July 5.
