Coldplay announce festival headline slot Coldplay Tickets
Rockers join Sex Pistols and The Verve for Japan’s Summer Sonic bash

Coldplay, the Sex Pistols and The Verve have been revealed as the headliners for this year’s Summer Sonic festival.
The event will take place on August 9-10 in Tokyo and Osaka, Japan.
It will be Coldplay's first festival appearance since closing 2006’s Isle Of Wight bash.
Other acts confirmed to join them include The Prodigy, Alicia Keys, Fatboy Slim, Paul Weller, Devo, Spiritualized, Panic At The Disco, New Young Pony Club and The Ting Tings.
