Coldplay are to play a live instore show in LONDON on July 10, the day they release their debut album, 'PARACHUTES'.
The band are scheduled to make an appearance at 8.30pm at the HMV store on Oxford Street, where they will sign copies of their album and play live. Tickets for the event will be given away in the media, with 150 pairs being made available via the official Coldplay website, www.coldplay.com, and another 100 pairs being released from HMV late next week.
Coldplay, who performed at last weekend's Glastonbury Festival, released a new single, 'Yellow' yesterday (June 26) through Parlophone.
The band have just finished a UK tour, but will make two more festival appearances this summer at the T In The Park Festival at Balado, near Kinross in Scotland on July 9, and the V2000 festival at Weston Park, Staffordshire and Hylands Park, Chelmsford over the weekend of August 19-20.
