Coldplay are hosting screenings of their new concert film, Live 2012, in 50 countries for a single night.
On November 13, the film will be shown in countries as diverse as Guatemala and South Korea, as well as numerous cinemas across the UK. Full details are available on the band's website
Directed by Paul Dugdale, who was responsible for Adele’s Live At The Royal Albert Hall DVD, the film follows the band on their acclaimed 'Mylo Xyloto' tour, which began in 2011. Unlike many similar projects, it features footage from numerous performances on the tour.
The DVD, Blu-Ray and CD will be released on the November 19 along with an 'interactive live e-book', described in the marketing blurb as "an in-depth and interactive audio-visual companion piece to Live 2012," and set to feature photographs, videos, Chris Martin's studio journal and more.
