Coldplay will headline a one-off charity concert in London this December, with Lily Allen and Ricky Gervais as The Office character David Brent as support.

Coldplay present Under 1 Roof will take place at the Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith, London on December 19. The show will raise funds for Kids Company, which works with vulnerable children and young people in London and Bristol.

Coldplay will be joined by David Brent and Foregone Conclusion and Lily Allen as well as magician Dynamo and Rizzle Kicks. The evening will be hosted by Fearne Cotton with tickets available from 9am on Thursday (November 14) morning.

Speaking about the gig, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin says: "Buying a ticket to this concert will guarantee two things: a totally unique never-to-be-repeated night of star-spangled entertainment, and money in the Christmas coffers of a charity that brings love and happiness to London's most vulnerable kids."

In addition to the live show, Coldplay have also donated instruments and stage outfits used during their Mylo Xyloto world tour to be auctioned online in aid of Kids Company. The auctions are live on eBay now.

Having revived the character for the BBC’s Comic Relief this year, Gervais issued an online series, Learn Guitar With David Brent, which was the character’s first recurring role since The Office concluded in 2003.
