Common has revealed details of his forthcoming album.
'Finding Forever' features notable collaborators including Lily Allen and Kanye West, and is slated for a July 10 US release.
West, Black Eyed Peas' will.i.am, Devo Springsteen and the late J Dilla share production duties on the follow-up to 2005's 'Be'.
The album's first single will be 'The People', which was produced by West.
Allen appears on the track 'Driving Me Wild', a song about obsession.
Discussing the album with Billboard, the Chicago rapper said, "I want to leave a mark on this earth. By making music and saying what I have to say in my music is one of the ways I will exist forever."
Other tracks on the album include 'So Far To Go' and 'Misunderstood', which features a Nina Simone sample.
