Conor Oberst, Jenny Lewis for free NYC concert

Theyll play free July 4 show at Battery Park

Conor Oberst and The Mystic Valley Band are set to headline this year’s River To River festival in New York City.

Jenny Lewis will be opening the free outdoor gig, which takes place on July 4 and is free.

Instead of picking up tickets in advance, this year the event is not ticketed and space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Previous acts to have played the Battery Park event are Belle & Sebastian, The New Pornographers and Sonic Youth.
