Courtney Barnett premieres animated 'Anonymous Club' video - watch

The Australian singer-songwriter will release her debut album this year

Courtney Barnett has premiered an animated video for her song 'Anonymous Club'.

The black and white video is by Celeste Potter. 'Anonymous Club' features on last year's compilation 'The Double EP: A Sea Of Split Peas'. Click above to watch the video. Barnett, who appeared at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival over the weekend, recently finished recording her debut album.

Writing on Facebook, Barnett announced that she had finished work on her first full-length LP, posting a picture of her and her band, writing: "Last night at 2am this bunch of weirdos finished recording CB album #1".

The singer-songwriter will tour the UK next month, starting her run of live shows in Newcastle at the Cluny 2 venue on May 6 before appearances in St Albans, Cambridge, Norwich, York, Hull, Sheffield, Birmingham and Leicester, winding up in Southampton on May 20.

Barnett and her band, The Courtney Barnetts, will also make appearances at Field Day, Liverpool Sound City, Live At Leeds and The Great Escape as well as Primavera in Spain and Portugal.
