Singer reveals her album plans at birthday celebrations
Courtney Love has revealed her new album plans exclusively to NME.COM.
As previously reported, the singer played her first UK show for seven years last night (July 9), and afterwards confirmed her plans for her new album 'Nobody's Daughter' in an interview with our Too Much Information blog.
She said: “Playing live will show me what songs work and what songs don’t. So I’m going to take a month off and then mix the record.”
Love also revealed why so many of her new band are Brits - including Larrakin Love man Micko Larrakin.
She revealed: "I get along with English people better than American people because they’re not such big cunts!"
Last night’s show at London’s Bush Hall also marked Love’s birthday, with the singer claiming: “I’m as old as my waist size…I'm 25!”
You can see full interview below, including a contribution from 'The Mighty Boosh''s Noel Fielding.
