Courtney Love advertises for a PA on MySpace

Singer is on the lookout for a 'non-thieving, non-freaky' cleaner

Courtney Love has posted a blog on her MySpace asking for people to apply to be her housecleaner.

The star admitted that using such a public way to find an assistant was strange.

She said: "I know this is weird [but] the agencies suck and I'm sick of pigs who steal. It's as simple as that, so fuck it - why not try MySpace? Beats Monster."

The blog states that prospective candidates should be "insanely clean" and based near Malibu.

Love added that she was looking for "someone who really wants to get into the film business" and is interested in working on 'Heavier Than Heaven' - the planned biopic about her late husband, Nirvana's Kurt Cobain.

Before signing out as "weirdo mgcee", she finished the advertisement by saying: "No superfans please. And it's very good money."
