Courtney Love is being sued by credit card company American Express over alleged unpaid credit.

The firm alleges that the former Hole frontwoman owes $350,000 (£220,000), reports BBC News.

The company has filed court papers in Los Angeles, claiming that Love has "failed and refuse" to pay off the debt on her gold credit card. They are seeking damages and legal costs on top of the debt.
