Patti Smith and Tim Finn set for Sundance Festival

US film festival features musical component

Patti Smith and Crowded House frontman Tim Finn are set to headline the musical line-up at this year's Sundance Film Festival.

The festival takes place January 17-27 in Park City, Utah. Other musicians performing at the festival include Sea Wolf, Missy Higgins, Jessca Hoop and Sondre Lerche.

The festival will also showcase a 'Celebration of Music And Film' concert on January 20, which features performers connected to movies screening at the festival, such as 'Patti Smith: Dream Of Life'.
