Crystal Castles have pushed the release of their new album back a week.

The electro duo's third album was set for release on November 5, but will now be put out on November 12.

The album will feature the two singles 'Wrath Of God', which you can listen to below, and 'Plague'. It is their first record to be produced entirely by the band's Ethan Kath.

"We wanted the new album to sound like a completely different and new experience," Kath said in a statement, "We'd limit ourselves to one take on each song because we believe the first take is the rawest expression of an idea."

While recording in Warsaw, Kath adopted a "strictly no computers" rule in the studio, scrapping their old keyboards and synths and instead recording everything directly to tape.

Speaking to NME previously about the new record, Alice Glass said: "There's lots of themes, but feeling, like, oppressed… A lot of things not personally happening to us, since the past record, but people we know, kind of profoundly influenced everything. Like, I didn't think I could lose faith in humanity any more than I already had, but after witnessing some things, it just… the world is a dystopia. I'm one step away from being a vigilante. I've thought about it."

The album's artwork is a shot taken by photojournalist Samuel Arand, which features Fatima al-Qaws cradling her son Zayed who is suffering from the effects of tear gas after participating in a demonstration in Sanaa, Yemen.

The tracklisting for 'III' is as follows:

'Plague'
'Kerosene'
'Wrath of God'
'Affection'
'Pale Flesh'
'Sad Eyes'
'Insulin'
'Transgender'
'Violent Yout'
'Telepath'
'Mercenary'
'Child I Will Hurt You'

Crystal Castles will do a six-date tour of the UK in November. Tickets go on sale on Friday (August 31) at 9am (BST). To check the availability of Crystal Castles tickets and get all the latest listings, go to NME.COM/TICKETS now, or call 0871 230 1094.
