Daft Punk lead this week's new releases with 'Random Access Memories'

Daft Punk release their long awaited new album 'Random Access Memories' today (May 20) alongside new releases from The National and Tribes.

'Random Access Memories' is the French duo's fourth studio album and features the hit single 'Get Lucky'. Other guests on the album include Giorgio Moroder, Julian Casablancas, Nile Rodgers, Pharrell Williams, Todd Edwards and Panda Bear of Animal Collective. it was reported last week that the album could be set to topple Oasis 'Be Here Now' from the list of fastest selling albums ever in Britain.

Elsewhere, The National release their latest album 'Trouble Will Find Me' and Tribes return with their second album 'Wish To Scream'. The National's sixth studio album is released via 4AD and features guests including St. Vincent, Sharon Van Etten and Sufjan Stevens. Meanwhile, Tribes return with an album recorded in the legendary Sound City studios in Los Angeles.

Plus there are new releases from Majical Cloudz and Dirty Beaches while Demi Lovato, Wampire, Texas, Scout Niblett, Dirty Beaches, Nancy Elizabeth, Boats, John Murry and Har Mar Superstar all release albums today.

In the singles releases there are new tracks from Gold Panda, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Ocean Colour Scene, San Cisco, Valerie June and Paramore.
