have been forced to pull out of their appearance on ’Strictly Come Dancing’ today (December 14) after Emma Bunton sprained her leg. Bunton slipped during a performance of ’Spice Up Your Life’ at their Vegas show on Tuesday (December 12).

Bunton needed an escort from a bodyguard to help her on the stairs to launch the Spice One Virgin Atlantic plane.

She said: “I had a tumble onstage and unfortunately I have sprained my ankle, so I’m hobbling around on crutches. I am doing everything I can to get better. I am even seeing David Beckham’s doctor!”

Bunton said she would definitely be showing up for the band’s gig at the 02 Arena on Saturday (December 15).

She said : “I am keeping my fingers crossed for the weekend. Even if I have to come out on crutches I will be there.”

Girls Aloud’s Cheryl Cole admits she wants to spend her first Christmas together with husband Ashley Cole.

She said : “He goes to a hotel because he plays on Boxing Day. I can’t wait to make him a Christmas dinner, that’s a part of my life I’m really excited about.” (Daily Mirror).
