Amy Winehouse has been dissed by Estelle and Jay Sean. At her album launch in New York Estelle said: "Thank you everyone for supporting me, a British girl who is not on drugs or crazy." (The Daily Mirror)

Meanwhile R&B singer Jay Sean said: "With Amy Winehouse I really don't get it- who needs to be that high all the time?" (The Daily Star).

Gossip from the papers:

Hadouken! believe they inspired Girls Aloud song 'Hoxton Heroes'. "Girls Aloud did a track called 'Hoxton Heroes' which may or may not have been inspired by one of our lyrics", noted frontman James Smith, while keyboard player Alice Spooner said they'd be up for a support slot, saying: "If they'd like to have us on tour, we're on board." (Daily Star).

Usher wants to collaborate with John Mayer (Daily Star).

Mark Ronson's potential mother-in-law Pearl Lowe has okayed his romance with model Daisy Lowe (The Sun).
