Klaxons and CSS played for the 16th birthday party of Roman Abramovich's daughter Anna. The Chelsea Football Club-owning billionaire paid £185,000 for each of the bands to play. Alexa Chung DJed and brought boyfriend Alex Turner plus Pixie Geldof along to keep her company (thelondonpaper).

P. Diddy had a croquet party to celebrate his star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame. Guests invited included The Beckhams, Paris and Nicky Hilton and Ben Stiller (Daily Mirror).
