Lily Allen tried hypnosis when her last tour got too stressful for her. The singer admitted she took comfort in junk food, saying: "I was sitting in hotel rooms ordering chips." In a bid to shed pounds, she started having hypnotherapy sessions. "It worked for a bit," she said (The Sun).
