Amy Winehouse's chaotic return to the UK - Daily Gossip

Welcome to the Daily Gossip: your daily stop-off to find out who in the world of music has been up to what.

Today’s top gossip:

Amy Winehouse's return to the UK got off to a shaky start after she got into a fight on her flight home from St Lucia yesterday (March 1). The singer allegedly lashed out at a fellow passenger after he gave her strange looks.
Upon her arrival, she was whisked away to be shown her new north London house, which has been chosen by mum Janis to try and keep her on the straight and narrow. However, Winehouse's neighbours weren't best pleased at their new resident though. "House prices have fallen enough without Amy Winehouse taking up residence," one said (The Sun).

From the papers:

Chris Brown and Rihanna have been reunited by P Diddy, who has lent the controversial couple his Miami mansion to do some "soul-searching" (The Sun).

Alan McGee has invited Jonathan Ross to DJ at his London club night Death Disco (Twitter).

Calvin Harris said he was sat behind UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown on a recent flight to Glasgow. "His hair smelled like cheese straws," Harris said (Twitter).

Lily Allen got a new tattoo of a smiling face and a dog while on tour in Australia (Daily Record).

Elbow's Guy Garvey says he hasn’t seen the band's BRIT Award for Best British Group since it was taken from them for engraving after the ceremony (The Sun).

Lulu has blasted record executives for turning female pop stars into sex objects. "It's cheapened the music and it's exploitative," she said (Daily Record).
