Take That to be supported at Wembley by a man on an iPhone - Daily Gossip

Lily Allen, Courtney Love, Robbie Williams – your music gossip stop

Welcome to the Daily Gossip: your daily stop-off to find out who in the world of music has been up to what.

Today’s top gossip:

New singer Gary Go is set to play Wembley Stadium using an iPhone this summer. The singer, who supports Take That on their tour and will therefore open for them at the stadium this July, has written the majority of his songs on the phone using various music-making apps. "I think it's pretty amazing that I'm going to be using a mobile phone on stage at Wembley Stadium in front of so many people," he said of the upcoming performance. "My biggest worry is that my phone will ring mid-song." (Evening Standard).

From the papers:

Courtney Love has struck up a fast-friendship with Peaches Geldof (The Sun).

Lily Allen mucked around with a French horn as she had a drink with a friend in London (Daily Star).

U2, Girls Aloud and Take That are being lined up to play before various Grand Prix's around Europe. Called F1 Rocks, the concert series will run in tandem to the motor sport fixtures (The Sun).

Spandau Ballet caused a scene after filming an appearance on 'Friday Night With Jonathan Ross' recently. Along with their entourage, they drank 200 bottles of beer and three bottles of tequila, before BBC security finally had enough and threw them out of the building (Daily Mirror).

A portly-looking Robbie Williams was pictured wandering through LAX airport (Daily Star).
