Welcome to the Daily Gossip: your daily stop-off to find out who in the world of music has been up to what.

Today’s top gossip:

Calvin Harris has commented on his storming of the 'X Factor''s stage during a Jedward performance on Saturday night's (November 14) show. The singer was in the studio to be a guest on spin-off programme 'The Xtra Factor' when he suddenly jumped onstage – with a pineapple held on his head – before being removed by security and thrown out of the building.

Watch video footage of the incident below.

Despite being axed from appearing on 'The Xtra Factor', Harris doesn't seem to be too regretful. A post on his Twitter page after the event simply says "YES", while the Tweet before it features a picture of the now famous pineapple (Twitter).

From the papers:

Lemmy partied with £45million National Lottery winner Les Scadding in Newport (The Sun).

Leona Lewis turned down a £1million offer to pose nude in Playboy (The Sun).

Madonna has banned 22-year-old boyfriend Jesus Luz from going on a trip to Malawi with her, because she's worried locals might be upset at the couple's age difference (Daily Star).

Lily Allen and Melanie Blatt were among the celebrities to donate unwanted designer clothes to stalls set up in Selfridges car park in London (Independent).

Snow Patrol's Gary Lightbody says the band want to take over from Oasis as Britain's biggest band (The Sun).

From NME.COM users:

'The Wire''s Stringer Bell (Idris Elba) was whistling Kasabian's 'Fire' at the after-party for the band's Wembley Arena gig at London's Home House on Saturday (November 14) (from James).
