Welcome to the Daily Gossip: your daily stop-off to find out who in the world of music has been up to what.

Today’s top gossip:

Police busted N-Dubz' tourbus after the band started firing paint pellets at their fans as they queued up for their O2 Academy Newcastle gig on Saturday night (April 3). Bandmembers Fazer and Dappy were splattering fans "wildly", according to sources, with many being left covered in green paint. A spokesperson for Northumbria Police confirmed that the force had dealt with the situation. "Police were called to a coach at the back of the O2 Academy following a complaint that pellets were being fired," the spokesperson said, adding that the band "were very apologetic" and that they "handed the toy guns over voluntarily" (The Sun).

From the papers:

Amy Winehouse spent £1,000 on Easter treats for her family (The Sun).

Paul McCartney rowed a dinghy while on holiday with girlfriend Nancy Shevell in Miami (various).

Geri Halliwell wore a purple puffa jacket while out in Hampstead Heath in London with her daughter and dogs (Daily Star).

Katy Perry wore bunny ears as she and Russell Brand threw a massive Easter party at their Los Angeles home (various).

Cheryl Cole "probably still loves [Ashley Cole] to bits" according to fellow talent show judge Amanda Holden (Now).
