'Glee' set to make Coldplay special - Daily Gossip
Welcome to the Daily Gossip: your daily stop-off to find out who in the world of music has been up to what.

Today's top gossip:

Coldplay have done a U-turn and allowed Glee to use their songs for a forthcoming special edition of the show. The band initially refused producers' pleas to use their music, but creator Ryan Murphy says that has now changed: "Coldplay called a week ago and said, 'We're sorry, you can have our catalogue.'" At present, the only other artist to continue denying the show use of his music is Bryan Adams (The Sun).

From the papers:

Snoop Dogg says he's supporting Brazil in the World Cup, despite the USA being in the competition (The Sun).

Pink waited in the backstage area of Isle Of Wight for hours to get a picture with Paul McCartney (Daily Mirror).

Bon Jovi watched the World Cup at Gaucho Piccadilly in London (Daily Star).

Bosses at Universal Records have told N-Dubz' Dappy not to hang out with Kate Moss, after he met her at the Isle Of Wight Festival at the weekend (June 11-13) (The Sun).

Lily Allen was ignored by the paparazzi outside London restaurant The Ivy, because they decided to photograph the Glee cast instead (Daily Mirror).
