Amy Winehouse managed to annoy Enrique Iglesias by talking over a special performance of his song 'Hero' at Universal boss Lucian Grainge's leaving do. Winehouse, who arrived at Grainge's party at London's Mandarin Oriental hotel 90 minutes late, spoke throughout Iglesias' performance, to the point where he stopped proceedings and said to the crowd: "Guys, come on! There's too much noise. It's like playing at a fucking Russian wedding, but we don't get paid. This is Lucian Grainge – come on." After the performance, he shook fellow guests' hands, but ignored Winehouse (Daily Mirror).

The build for Noel Gallagher's summerhouse at his Chalfont St Giles home is coming along nicely, apparently. According to the planning application, which has been made public, "the family intend to enhance the shrubs and trees with more planting and native meadow flowers" (The Sun).

Take That's Howard Donald was cheering Everything Everything during their NME Radar Live gig in London last night. Bat For Lashes' Natasha Khan and some of the lads from Chapel Club were also at the sold-out show, which also featured Smith Westerns and Visions Of Trees (from Paul).
