Liam Gallagher's 'war' against Manchester United – Daily Gossip
Welcome to the Daily Gossip: your daily stop-off to find out who in the world of music has been up to what.

Today's top gossip:

Former Oasis drummer Tony McCarroll has claimed that he and Liam Gallagher used to deface cars owned by Manchester United players before the band took off. Both used to work for a car valeting company in Manchester which counted the football club among its clients, McCarroll explains in his new book 'Oasis: The Truth, The Noel Truth, Is Nothing Like the Truth'. Apparently, during Gallagher and McCarroll's time there, Paul Ince's wheel arches were ruined after being scrubbed with wire wool, and Eric Cantona's brand new Mercedes somehow lost a door (Independent).

From the papers:

Noel Gallagher became a dad for the third time on Friday (October 3), after girlfriend Sara MacDonald gave birth to Sonny Patrick (various).

David Beckham's son Romeo wore a Nirvana T-shirt while watching his dad play for LA Galaxy at the weekend (October 3) (The Sun).

Cheryl Cole is set to team up with Dizzee Rascal on her next record (The Sun).

Amy Winehouse says her new Fred Perry clothes line will be available in size six – the smallest size ever for the company (Glamour).

Lily Allen, Ronnie Wood and Courtney Love were all at Paris Fashion Week's Givenchy show on Sunday (October 3). They hung out during the catwalk show itself, before heading backstage where Love proceeded to perform a cover of Lady Gaga's 'Bad Romance' before an audience including Justin Timberlake and Liv Tyler (Daily Mirror).
