Welcome to the Daily Gossip: your daily stop-off to find out what the stars of the music world have been up to in the tabloids and beyond, with the help of plenty of "anonymous sources".

Today's top gossip:

Noel Gallagher has managed to recover his rightful domain name after a decade without it.

An unnamed Spanish Oasis fan snapped up the Noelgallagher.com domain name ten years ago and Noel has been trying to buy it from him ever since. Initially the fan had demanded tens of thousands of pounds, but according to the red-tops after Noel flew the fan to London, put him up in a swanky hotel and offered him a truckload of Oasis merch and a guestlist place for future solo gigs, he relented (The Sun).

From the papers and beyond:

Miley Cyrus is supposedly more of a bad influence than Lindsay Lohan and Kanye West. The Hannah Montana star finished ahead of those stars in a 'bad influence' poll conducted by teen-aimed site Jsyk.com. It was the second time in a row she topped the poll.

Adele has said she hopes her new album '21' inspires her fans to name their children after her, we read. "I hope in 15 years I meet people who were conceived to my music or named after me," she said (Daily Star).

Hotly-tipped singer Yasmin has apparently got Jamie Smith from The xx to produce her debut album. The Scottish singer/songwriter described the production maestro as "not formulaic" (The Sun).

Finally, it’ll be Blue vs Jedward at the Eurovision Song Contest in May. The boyband were confirmed to represent the UK yesterday (January 30) and will do battle with The X Factor duo, who will represent Ireland. Bookmakers have already installed Blue as rank outsiders at 33/1, with a spokesman saying: "We cannot see the UK winning, even with a massive name. They have more chance of getting no points."
