Hot Chip and Lamacq dig new sounds

Welcome to the 10:30 Ligger , your morning stop off to find out what’s been doing down in the world of indie the night before.

First up, Muse clearly have been on the road a little too long.

At a recent photo shoot featuring both of them, Kate Nash chatted away throughout and was very friendly, all very nice for Muse’s Matt Bellamy, but he did confess afterwards to having “no idea” who the 'Foundations' singer was - someone needs to listen to some radio.

Hot Chip’s Alexis was spotted last night at The Whitest Boy Alive show, jiggling his head.

Steve Lamacq was spotted "smiling a lot" and "saying thanks" as he squeezed past people to get a good spot for the Pete And The Pirates show at The Barfly.

Meanwhile, Control actress Samantha Morton was spotted in west London apparently “trying to catch a taxi” - crazy kid.

Lily Allen’s ex Seb Chew was hanging with his other ‘superstar DJ’ pal Mark Ronson in Piccadilly.

One of Sigur Ros puked up outside the Shepherd Tavern.

Stephen Fry was seen trying on a satin cloak at Angel's Costumiers on Shaftesbury Avenue.

Rolf Harris was seen admiring the graffiti on South Bank.

Check back tomorrow for your next 10:30 Ligger, plus send your spots to news@nme.com.
