MARQUEE OVER-THE-MOON!

Legendary LONDON music venue THE MARQUEE is to reopen in July.

The venue will be housed at a new home in Parkfield Street, Islington - approximately three miles north of its original home in the centre of the city.

The new Marquee is the brainchild of Eurythmics founder Dave Stewart and entrepreneur Mark Fuller.

The original venue closed in 1996, and at its prime hosted gigs from bands including U2 and REM. The Rolling Stones played their first ever gig there in 1962.
