Angie Bowie has spoken about the moment she allegedly walked in on David Bowie and Mick Jagger naked in a bed together.

The former wife of the 'Where Are We Now?' singer has talked in an interview with The Sun about the morning in 1973 when she saw The Rolling Stones frontman with Bowie in the marital bed of her home in London, saying: "they were naked."

She said:

My assistant was laughing in the kitchen when I got home. She said, ‘You won't believe this. David and Mick Jagger. I went upstairs and banged on the door and said, ‘Morning! Ready for breakfast boys?'.

"I walked into the bedroom and David was there with all these pillows and duvets on top of him and on the other side of the bed was Mick's leg sticking out," she continued. "I said: ‘Did you guys have a good night?’ They were so hung over they could hardly speak. I took pity on them."

However, Angie said that she believes Bowie's relationship with Mick Jagger wasn't anything serious. "I don't think it was a big love affair (with Mick)," she said. "It was probably more drunken pawing."

David Bowie will release his long-awaited new album 'The Next Day' on March 11. The new record follows the release of the tracks 'Where Are We Now' and 'The Stars (Are Out Tonight)', which features Tilda Swinton in the video. Read NME's review of it here.
