GRAY DAY

He'll be bringing his brand of sensible rock to London's Trafalgar Square at the end of August...

David Gray is to play an enormous free show at LONDON’s TRAFALGAR SQUARE.

The adult rock titan will become the first person to perform at the Square’s new plaza, redeveloped at a cost of £25 million, on Sunday August 31.

Support comes from Morcheeba, with a third act still to be announced.

The 10,000 tickets for the event are free, but must be applied for via telephone on 0870 511 2206. Lines are open until midnight tonight (August 13) and successful applicants will be notified by Saturday August 23.
